Global Recruiters of Concord has the flexibility and experience to offer contingency and retained services for your recruitment needs. We have worked for over a decade to identify talent for the Commercial Printing, Marketing Communications, Flexible Packaging, Label, Marking and Coding, Printing Press, Conveyor, Sorting, Filling, Inspection and suppliers in the country. Global Recruiters of Concord search formats include Priority Retained, Priority Engagement, Exclusive Contingent, Matching Contingent and Partner Program;

Priority Retained - We manage the entire process with a dedicated team of 3 people focused only on your search. This will yield top candidates in the shortest time frame and will continue until we find the correct candidate to fill your position. For this dedication we as for a commitment of a 30% non refundable fee of the total compensation of the executive, with a 1/3rd of the estimated fee as an initial retainer, another 1/3rd of the estimated fee when the short list is presented, and the remainder of the 30% service fee payable when the job offer is accepted.

Priority Engagement - A non-refundable initial retainer of $5,000 of the total estimated service fee is requested, with the remainder of the 25% of the total compensation of the executive payable when the job offer is accepted. We will guarantee the certainty of the completed search and assign a team of 3 to your search as one of their 4 working projects until an offer accepted. There will be no further expenses / fees with this engagement.

Exclusive Contingent - A non-refundable fee is requested of 25% of the total compensation of the employee hired payable once the offer is accepted. We will dedicate considerable effort to identify and recruit for your search and provide you first look at all candidates that match your criteria in exchanged for your exclusive commitment to our firm as your single source for your search.

Matching Contingent - We will share the results of our efforts of the search with other contingent search clients basing our priority on your level of shared risk, urgency and commitment to the process. A non-refundable fee is requested of 25% of the total compensation of the employee hired payable only if the offer is accepted.

Partner Programs - We tailor long-term partner programs specifically to your company's needs and provide preferred feed schedules for both contingent and retained searches. These partner programs are based on your volume of business and we assign a dedicated Search Team made up of a Search Manager, Recruiter and Researcher. We will provide a flow of qualified candidates to meet your needs for your agreed-upon annual volume of business.
