Our process and methods are proven having driven significant results through the recent recession. By using our methods coupled with our technology and database our research team and recruiters are able to identify and screen hundreds of local, regional and national candidates.
Our team will identify the top 20 candidates and then interview and screen those to reduce the number to 5 -7. We will present only the final 3 to 5 candidates for you to interview immediately. We will continue our process with reference checks and support of your interview process and assistance with negotiations of the final offer.
